Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and was addressed
in Domino 5.0.6.

Quarterly Maintenance Release (QMR):
DECS
SPR# TDEY4NXR6G - Fixed a crash that sporadically occurred when running LC LSX
agents via http with DOMINOASYNCHRONIZEAGENTS=1.
Workaround: Set DOMINOASYNCHRONIZEAGENTS=0 in the Notes.ini to prevent
asynchronous running of agents. Although this will affect performance, it will
prevent the crash.
Supporting Information:
This problem does not depend on the version of Oracle client or server being
used; it has been observed using both Oracle 7.34x or 8.x.
